Have issues on the RiseVerse Library?
There are a number of steps you can take to solve the most common problems. Here's a quick checklist we suggest you review if you run into any issues.
- Style Guide & Chrome extension: Start by cloning our Style Guide into your Webflow project to ensure a polished, professional appearance from the start. You can choose between the Light mode Style Guide or Dark mode Style Guide.
Chrome extension: To prevent class duplication in your Webflow project, you can download the latest version of RiseVerse Library Chrome Extension for free on the Chrome Web Store.
- Hard refresh the page: To hard refresh the page, press on Windows: Press Ctrl + F5 or on Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R. This operation clears your cache and reloads the page with the latest updates.
- Log out and log back in to your account: Please try logging out of the RiseVerse Library and then logging back in. This may resolve authentication problems.
- Restart and update your Chrome browser: Restarting your Chrome browser can often solve temporary issues. Additionally, make sure your browser is updated to the latest version, as updates may fix existing problems.
To Update Chrome: Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner. Go to Help > About Google Chrome. Chrome will automatically check for updates and install them. Restart Chrome after the update is complete.
