How NadCook increased its local traffic by +46% thanks to the power of Webflow and Google My Business.
A Lebanese caterer based in Saint-Germain en Laye, NadCook helps major companies like Bose to enhance their meals with homemade Lebanese specialties. We helped them increase their sales by 40% thanks to a local referencing strategy.
Company
NadCook is an independent Lebanese caterer based in and around Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
She contacted us to migrate her site to Webflow, as well as optimize its UX design and copywriting.
The project had three main objectives:
- Improve the site's ranking for the keyword "traiteur" in the Saint-Germain-en-Laye and surrounding area, thanks to the performance offered by Webflow and Google My Business.
- Boost conversion rates so that more users order from NadCook.
- Promote a weekly menu to avoid last-minute personalized orders.
The website
The site had to fulfil four functions:
- Host a contact form for direct contact by email or telephone.
- A simple, clear menu presenting the dishes of the week.
- Enhance NadCook's cuisine with high-impact sales messages and a design that inspires desire and confidence.
- Create an automated system for collecting Google reviews.
To begin with, we reworked the entire site navigation.
We decided to make the site as simple and straightforward as possible.
With a single sales page, distractions are eliminated, and the user remains focused on a message, an experience and a call to action.
Here is the page navigation:
Each section has its own importance and is placed in a logical sequence:
- Banner to grab attention immediately.
- Short description of benefits to motivate users to read on.
- A "how it works" section to contextualize the offer.
- Menu of the week to present products.
- Customer reviews for reassurance.
- A presentation by Chef Nada to humanize the offer.
- An FAQ to destroy any objections.
- And finally, the contact form, the one and only call to action.
This structure gradually warms up the user until they take action.
We also used the principles of design psychology and copywriting to keep the user's attention for as long as possible, and to increase the number of users calling NadCook to order.
Next, our mission was to help NadCook solve its biggest problem: last-minute personalized orders.
She's a caterer, not a fast food restaurant. This means she can't deliver a meal within 30 minutes of placing an order.
You have to order 48 hours in advance to ensure quality cuisine with the freshest ingredients possible.
To overcome this problem, we have introduced a weekly menu and a customizable menu that highlights all the preparations NadCook can cook.
The weekly menu takes the thinking out of the customer. All they have to do is say "yes" or "no" to a menu already designed for them.
And if he really wants a specific order, then he can personalize his menu directly over the phone with NadCook.
As a result, NadCook saves an enormous amount of time by automating its offer, and users are even better informed about how it works.
A website is also an opportunity to optimize your business model and offer.

We've also completely reworked NadCook's Google My Business (GMB) listing with more relevant keywords, better descriptions of services, and more extensive use of the various GMB features.
For example, we've helped NadCook collect more reviews, and more regularly, thanks to an automatic email that guides users in writing and publishing their reviews.
